Yes it got really bad.
Especially noticeable when panning around. I hadn’t had any issues prior to SU9.

Stutters when panning around since SU9

Since SU9 I experience heavy stuttering when moving around the camera. The stutters appear especially when looking at the scenery. So for example If I pan around the camera when looking at the Overhead panel or at the floor, the Frame Rate stays smooth. See Video below. I also realised that every time the screen flickers - which also was introduced by Sim Update 9 - my FPS begin to stutter.

Flickering reflections on windshields in cockpit view

So far every plane I’ve used in SU9 has this problem. It’s quite subtle, but noticeable when the cockpit view / camera pans around. MODERATOR EDIT: There’s a possible replication in the “solution” post.
