Thanks hobanagerik, but HethrMasn’s reply a few posts above was the answer for me. I was not previously aware that one can ‘degroup’ World updates into the individual airports/packages thereby
enabling deletion of specific items from Content Manager. Deleted the Asobo LIPB and all is well in
Bolzano once again.
My other issue now is is LOCH, Locher just north of Bolzano, and offered as freeware at flightsim.to, has a few terrain issues after WU9. It was one of my favorite spots in Italy. I doubt developer will fix
any time soon as he is based in Russia. I suspect that numerous freeware Italian airports/strips will
be experiencing similar WU9 problems.

These contrails aren’t manipulated by us.. they’re in sim. So either you’re not set on Ultra or your GPU just doesn’t render them like you see in the pic?

With the release of WU9, I was really excited by new handcrafted airports. We were told in the latest Q&A that LICJ will have custom jetways (see screenshot below), and now… default jetways. That’s sad. Does something goes ? Will it be updated ? Hope we’ll get an response

Just finished with Naples, will now do it!
a little disappointed with Malta, to be honest… was hoping for PG for Valletta as well. I think the terrain photo data is noticeably improved though.

so, this update really highlights the need for Asobo to fix the 3x-5x “too big trees” issue. Milan looks like a jungle, Rome is almost unrecognizable - you can barely see the river as the trees obscure everything 
Venice looks ace, though

It’s not really about trees being big, but the relative density. This is clear while i’m cleaning lot of cities, the density slider at 100 % will make the interested place a jungle instead of a city.
