It happened in many places like near Norshahr Airport (OINN).

btw - no addon reload , SU15 up to date. DX12 or DX11 Both happend.

i get artifacts similar to those (although not quite like those) when I use dx12
dx11 doesnt make them (for me)

Hi, … The correct airport ICAO is OINN
It is not a problem of Directx 11 or 12.
This has to do with the incorrect altimetry data by default. The Caspian Sea is a depression. The altitude above the geoid should be -28 meters relatively (egm2008-15 -5 meters). As you can see in the attached screen it shows Altitude above the geoid -39 meters.
So, do you still have the black broken line?

Folks, let’s please work this out. There is already a bug report on the graphical quality of water surface AND a report on the Geoid defect of the Caspian Sea. In both cases, neither defect has been addressed/fixed. So from a practical perspective, everyone has the problem technically speaking, regardless of which root cause you believe it is. Let’s make sure we all are contributing to this thread in a positive manner.
