My DWL speed is as low as 0.10Mbits !!!

I have a 5 gbps fiber connection and downloading most of the time at 2 mbps even down to 0.10 mbps.
I am located in France.
I am seriously fed up.
I don’t trust that this is because of the architecture of MSFS.
2 years ago I do not have this speeds in content manager. It’s getting worse and worse months after months.
