A lot of planes have arresting hooks - that doesn’t mean they’re designed or intended for carrier landings.

Hi everyone ! Really enjoying the F16 experience in FS2020. Thanks SC design !! Anyone could mod the F16 to avoid having the aircraft fading away when in close formation ? Tried the 0 minsize for the LODs in the xml file but did not work out… Cheers !

Sometimes aircraft have to land when overweight or with damaged flight control systems or brakes. There’s actually a pretty good article with a lot of detail about it on Quora:

Sadly, that’s down to Asobo to fix, we can’t control that really. I hope they just do away with it, spoils all the fun of close formation flying.

Dear developers, with every passing day I like the F-16 more and more. But there is something that bothers me extremely. The canopy receives shadows. Am I the only one who cares?

A few observations that i made,if i am not mistaken.
The switches for the pilots mask wear and the glass de ice on the F16-C variant(HAF to be precise,if it makes any difference) are inverted.
It’s like the de ice is on,while it’s off.I saw that when i turned on the PITOT HEAT which is normal to off
Then,in the HAF livery,the letters "Ι Α Σ Ω Ν " which is JASON in English,Jason of the Argonauts,are mirrored and so they seem with no sense.It’s like spelling USAF in one side and FASU on the other.
I am not complaining.I am just saying it is there.

Man..please make the pilot be as an option to be visible(in all birds) so the seat won’t be empty for us creating videos like this
Can’t do everything I’m afraid, but will look into it - trouble is, if the pilot’s there, they’re in the way of your vision and the arms would block the controls. Very hard to see how to do that and make it work well.

Can it be coded with a switch to be visible like ON and OFF like a dude did it in the moded TBM 930 ?

Here’s another minor texture issue for your list, this time with the D variant. The right front curve of the canopy has a weird, dark discoloration where it meets the fuselage that is not present on the left side.
I feel a little bad - I noticed this the day of release or the next day and kept forgetting to post about it.
