Dean, will you add wing flex, in the future?
Another question about the F16D : from the cockpit view, I can’t see the " co-pilot" in the back seat.
It would be great to improve this.
Thank you.

Hi, wing flex requires the use of bones, which are problematic in MSFS at the moment. Would like to add it in the future though.

The cockpit occupants are on hold for now, the system works well until people start using custom cameras, and then they complain that the pilots block the view. Until I find a good way of getting around that, I will leave them out.

With the Dai Banana! over the " Stretto di Messina"

Just saw that there’s a new update to 0.4.0 from JustFlight! Can’t wait to download and give it a spin. Or a stall. Or a fast valley pass. And maybe blackout and crash again. :stuck_out_tongue:

That cockpit doesn’t look anything like my F-16…

Lol. True story. It’s either Boeing or the jets for me(DC and SC planes). I LOVE the 78X.

Update done. Time to check out the improvements! Thanks, as always, Dean and Jack.

The sim now only classifies the I variant as a jet. If you’re looking for the C and D, search in the “Other” menu.

I think this is due to liveries. If you remove all liveries for the f-16 and check, all jets show under “Jets” section.

I’ve noticed (with many planes, not just this one) that when I place some liveries in my community folder, they always show up first in the list of liveries for that plane, while other liveries get placed amongst the existing liveries you have.
The 3rd party liveries that are placed before the default liveries in the list given to you with the jet seem to cause this issue.

I believe this is due to incorrect livery setup by the creator(s) of said liveries.

It might be something as simple as the ui_type variable in the aircraft.cfg for the liveries is different than the official jet ui_type.

standard for the F-16C
ui_type=“F16C Fighting Falcon”

example 3rd party livery ui_type
ui_type=“F16C Fighting Falcon Warhawks”

This could be confusing the sim. Every livery might need to use the original ui_type given to you by SC Designs

Anyone experienced in liveries might be able to chime in here. (I am not).

Good observation. I’ve noticed a few of them have turned pink.
