On a scale of 1-10 (with 10 being best), how do you rate your Overall Enjoyment of this aircraft?
I’ve not had chance to read the description fully as I’m off out in a mo, I just quickly saw the update so installed it.
I did have a sneak look in the config/livery select screen and even at a quick glance you can see the modelling is superior to the old version, with a good selection of some classic liveries. And three options for navigation equipment.
Not had chance to actually load into flight yet for a proper flight test… but from what I’ve seen it’s looking promising!
Please reset the ratings because they are referencing the Aeroplane Heaven version. If this is a new build by a different developer it should get a fresh start.
But they weren’t updated to the same extent - many of the updates are not applicable in 2020, so my guess is the majority of those updates for the 707 are the same.
Would be interested to hear some insight as to the “simulator limitations” as looking at the Career SDK I don’t see anything that seems to prevent this aircraft from being made compatible for Cargo missions.
Agreed, except the modelling challenge and who pays for that? I’m thankful for the 3 navigation options (their speciality) we have now but it would have been super if the cargo version was there too.
Can we hope for its inclusion at a future date? Please?
Again, not if it’s operated as a combi. I think what I’m proposing is to operate it like the PC-24/PC-12 “cargo” variants, where there are just a bunch of empty seats. It’s impractical and unrealistic, but so is Career mode in many many ways.
And this manual is to die for. Omg man, someone is a simmer from the 90s. This things is a detailed, and well illustrated wealth of information. I’m so impressed.
