-VOR. VOR never changes
Anyone skilled in the arts is welcome to memefy this. Maybe the “Carl” meme is the right one, but the Startrek one ciuld work too.

Unfortunately, VORs are far from Static – there are more and more disappearing every day.
So you could say
-Which is the most Dynamic radio beacon?
-VOR. VOR disappear.
