Fix Horrible Runway Lights

Maybe this thread and votes could be merged with this one:

Flickering and partially disappearing airport/runway lights

This absolutely deserves a hot fix. It cannot be reproduced on every night flight, but on approach the runway lights sometimes flicker severely, or have a third of the runway lights disappear. Additionally, the lighting seems to extinguish as we travel past it. It almost seems like there are render scaling issues again.

If a moderator could maybe look into if that would be possible?
Maybe a problem when one is a wishlist and the other is a bug report, I donno.
