With this latest version the spoiler problem does not look fixed. Yesterday I made two fights with the fenix a320 and I noticed in replay the spoilers (or at least always one of them) is far to much up when landing.
Iâm flying the PMDG 737 so maybe thatâs the culprit. Even when I read it should be supported by FCR.

Thought I would give FCRv5 a second go now after SU13 was released to see if I still get the same type of crash when using FCR I had a couple of days ago.
One question about the installation process. When youâre prompted to install the codec as seen below, should I install both versions or only the x64 version since Iâm on Windows 11 Pro?
Last time, I installed both from experience how some applications sometimes need also the x86 version even when youâre on an x64 OS. If that isnât the case with FCR, could that maybe have been the cause of my crashâŚ

Will be very interesting to see how FCR behaves with the PMDG now after SU13 and whether the issue I had last week is gone. Could of course also be it was some weird on-time-only kind of issue since most other people seem to be using FCR with no issues.
Will report back in here and will also make sure to grab a picture or BSOD this time if I see the same issue again.
Noticed how the installation process didnât allow me to proceed unless I installed both the x86 and x64 versions.
Happy to report I was able to complete a flight with no crash this time.
A couple of things I noticed though and this was in the PMDG 737:
- when landing, the spoilers didnât deploy
- when vacating the runway where I raised the flaps, that didnât show in the replay but they remained down
Are these known issues when using FCR with the PMDG 737?
As I recall it, the product page claimed the PMDG 737 was supported in this latest version of FCR which doesnât seem to be the complete truth? Or did I miss something maybe I need to do to make it work?
Oh yeah, one more thing. I read about the pause/freeze when starting the recording in the PMDG 737. That one is quite severe where the complete sim freezes for like 10 seconds. Is there anything that could be done to fix that?
When flying online on Vatsim in a sometimes busy airspace, having an aircraft freeze like that isnât very popular.

Has anyone else been experience a camera shake while using FCR in version 5? I never had this issue before with the previous version 4.5. What happens is once I start a replay the camera is perfectly steady then after 15-20 seconds it starts to bounce around, almost like it is reacting to airplane movement or inertia. The only way to reset it is to press pause and play again then it repeats the same process after 15-20 seconds. I do not have any addons such as FS realistic or anything that adds artificial head movements. Any ideas what could be causing this?
Edit: I should also add that under RECORD/REPLAY in the settings I have it set to Airplane only

Still no report on the inclusion of the steering tiller. The nose landing gear does not swivel if itâs being controlled by the tiller. It swivels in the actual flight but not in the replay. But when you use the rudder pedals, the wheel swivels both in the actual flight and the replay. Iâve tried this on almost all planes that use a tiller (B787, B737, Airbuses, Citation Longitude).
