There’s a nice workaround : activate the option to auto-load the latest recorded flight.
Go the menu “Options” / tab “General”, and tick the box “Automatically LOAD Replay after RECORD”.

I know that many of you out there love the EFB tools (Electronic Flight Bags), so you may be interested in the tool of our partner Xmapsy, that is an EFB connector. The KML file exported from XMapsy can be directly injected into FlightControlReplay to let you Replay in one shot the flight, or take again screenshot and Record a video from your last flight.
These generated KML files are compatible with FlightControlReplay and can be read there directly for a replay in MSFS.

I have found an incompatibility between FCR and //42 Campout.
If FCR is open and you click on the Campout icon in the game bar, the content of the Campout window is not displayed, so you cannot place any items.
Once FCR is closed, everything works correctly.
If it is done the other way around, that is, you open Campout first and then FCR, everything is displayed correctly and both addons work fine.
Also, FCR records and plays the content of Campout without any problem.
There just seems to be a problem when viewing the content of the Campout window with FCR open.

Take advantage of your VR helmet along FlightControlReplay.
Full VR support is provided ! For Windows Mixed Reality headset, you can put on the helmet, start your flight. When you want to use FCR User Interface inside the virtual cockpit, you can choose from WMR main menu - Classic App - Simmarket - Flightcontrolreplay - FlightControlReplay for MSFS.
After that, you have a floating window inside the virtual cockpit with your instance of FlightControlReplay that you can use with a classic mouse, or with keyboard shortcuts, or with Flightcontrolreplay Voice Recognition Engine !

Hi, when do we get a fix for the bug that stops the recording at midnight local time? This keeps affecting me and is really annoying.

I am in the last phase of tests before I release the next FREE update for FlightControlReplay 5 : Summer Update 23.
It will feature the following content :
- the anticipated Fly-By Camera (in Beta only for MSFS) to look at your aircraft taxiing, or flying, from a fixed user point of view (customizable)
- the ability to cut your Replay right from FlightControlReplay and just keep the best part of your whole recording flight session.
- smaller user files size for the recorded flights *.FCR thanks to a new and lossless compression technology
- advanced support for the HPG 145 v2 Helicopter with more parts accurately reproduced
and even more with details to come along the public release !

When I use fenix a320 there is always one side where the speedbrakes are to much up. Can this issue be adressed please? Thanks

Looks good and I really like the more compact panel which still has 2x 4x buttons on it.
Has the midnight bug been fixed? Where the recording always stops at midnight local time?
every time I try and use this on the PMDG 737 all I get is the plane freezing
That sounds alarming because I just bought it to use it with the PMDG 737.
One problem I noticed straight away is when opening the in-game panel window for FCR, the window is just grey with no content?
For FCR MSFS panel , you need install it via button that you have in FCR Option dialog .

When you start recording , with 737 around 20 seconds of freeze is normal . It is a PMDG behaviour

You also need to start the FCR app from the start menu (or add it to autostart or exe.xml) or the in game panel will be blank.

No ir won’t move at al even after like 2 mins
Yesterday, I was thrilled to try out FCR on my first flight using it.
Didn’t end like I was hoping though where my PC crashed about 2 hours into the flight. Got the BSOD kind of crash you would see more frequently using previous versions of Windows back in the days. Can’t even recall when I last had a BSOD before this one yesterday after installing FCR.
I reported about the issue over in the official support forum over here as well but so far no responses.
Anyone in here had the same thing happening to them?
I’m on a fully up-to-date Windows 11.
