Flysimware Cessna 414A

I click in the window pedestal as before and it doesn’t show up any more.
I was hopping latest version would bring it back, but it didn’t.

Well I hope these are not fully static passenger and pilot figures…

It’s on the top of the window not the pedestal.
The 310’s EFB is on the pedestal.

No idea what the window pedestal is. To bring the tablet into view you have to click the top portion of the small openable side window. If that’s what you meant then you muct have a bad installation. Try un-installing using Add/remove programs and then run the installer again after first confirming community folder is clear of all c414 files/folders. Failing that it’s probably another add-on causing issues.

What happened the engine cooling off sounds? I see some missing sounds were adding back in for RPM but what about the cooling off sounds? Are they still missing? One of the most unique features to the audio layers on this plane was listening to the engines cool off.

To this date no other plane has this on MFS… just saying

That ticking sound of cooling metal?

umm, unfortunately it seems like they are, they look super weird tbh

Are the cowlflaps functional?? I don’t see any change in oiltemperature or cylinderhead temperature, when I open or close the flaps. The sim allows this function, as the splendid Wing 42 Boeing 247 prooves.

Wow I am always absolutely impressed how absolute AWESOME the Cessna Chancellor looks feels ald flies

And I have tested to cowflaps for you, and yes they are fully functional. Please note that the artificial horizon is not bugged but I was too stupid to take-off because the plane was overloaded.

I have all realism settings to ultra-hard realistic but I have switched off collision and overspeed damage in my sim for the sake of enjoying a flight without having it aborted every time I open a cockpit side window or become 10 knots too fast, and that´s why the Cessna was hanging between two buildings at the end of the runway.
This did not prevented me from testing the cowflaps… here we go:

Left engine cowflap is wide open, right engine cowflap is closed.

Temps for cylinder head oil and oil in Fahrenheit, and oil pressure gauge:

But it was only a short test that lasted for three minutes or so, just the test the functionality of the cowflaps. I am not sure if the engine can overheat until breaking point and what happens after ten or twenty minutes or if engine failure is simulated in the Cessna Chancellor.

My checklist says oxygen on above 10,000 ft. But where is the switch?!

Your post says “Left engine cowflaps closes, right engine cowflaps open:” But your pic shows left cowl flap open and right cowl flap closed. See the label between them saying “PULL TO CLOSE”.

The 414 is pressurized. You only need to wear a mask if the cabin alt goes above 10K.

Yeah, in his screenshot left is open and right is closed, he got that wrong. That’s why he has higher cylinder temp on the right engine.

Ah so the cowflap is closed when the lever is pulled out. Thanks for the little hint  all other planes have up and down levers.

Not all other planes. The C310R is another with this arrangement.

I’m getting exactly this. I get visual guidance wrt localizer and GS, and they are both armed in the AP, but never capture and never engage. I can fly the plane down to the runway using the visual guidance but it’s really annoying that the AP doesn’t engage as intended. (I do not have this issue on other aircraft using the GTN750)
Am I doing something wrong or is this a bug? Using the PMS freeware GTN750

Yeah one of the COOLEST features get it!

Do you have the updated version of the GTN and did you also install the file to make it compatible with WTT?

Just to be 100% clear you do not need the add on file for WTT to be able to fly an ILS. It works just fine without it so when trying to troubleshoot a problem I’d suggest the bare minimum until you have found the cause.

Haven’t flown this plane in many weeks, fired it up today. Couple of things

Ready for takeoff button on EFB does nothing?
If I start on the runway, navigation panels are still off?
Are these known bugs? Notably I just updated to the latest version today
