I suspect that will be due to the fact that MSFS doesn’t appear to allow flights to be injected into the air, on approach to airports and instead needs to inject them on a runway/ramp/gate.
Not sure if the SU11 AI improvements might include something to solve this, but in the meantime, that’s just how it has to be.

Great thanks ,so i know i am not alone for this no landing traffics problems in FSLTS.
By the way,i do noticed there are some traffics to the airport on the Rada table but the text shows … Parked at certain gate.This means there are incoming traffics but just not showing in the scence. That is the point u talked to,i got it. Waiting to see how to solve it later and to make this great ai traffic software perfect !

I just landed at LEMD Madrid 18L behind an FSLTL 737 and alongside an FSLTL A320 landing on 18R (I’m on SU10 though).

I do get landing traffic with FSLTL in SU11beta.
Not as many as before, but when watching traffic at KLAX I got 6 landing aircraft and 4 or 5 go-arounds.
So I cannot confirm that injection doesn’t work at all, but there are significantly less approaches.

yeah, Madrid works fine, just flew from LEMD to HECA. Taxiing in Madrid was really fun, because the ground layout favours FSLT, so there where no intersections with stuck traffic and planes also land fine in the majority. Onroute FSLT creates a nice “traffic bubble” of the size you initially choose. Lots of planes in the air and on the ground around Barcelona, some traffic over the mediterrenian. Then over greece you spot some smaller airports with ground traffic. Also Cairo (HECA) works nice, incoming traffic on 23R, I landed on 23L without problems. Also a lot of planes on the ground from middle east airlines. I also saw airports, that dont favour FSLT like Atlanta or Charlotte, in particular when they are too busy. But LEMD - HECA was really a almost perfect route.

I’m primarily interested in the VFR injection capabilities of this which to date don’t seem to work for me. What is the best way to follow along on progress for those without the mostly IFR-focused nature of this thread?

If you are primarily interested on VFR traffic try ELT - Enhanced Live Traffic. There you can exclude the other traffic!
HI,ALL,finally i just turn on msfs ai traffic to realtime online ,my fsltl starts showing lots of landing traffics instead of no approaching n landing traffics. Not bad as a work around. A strange things is all these incoming ai traffics are FSLTL ai model ,not the msfs default white models .Anyway,the sky is as real as it is !
Can you elaborate on the differences and how this solves this? I don’t want to exclude IFR per se, I just am not seeing any VFR traffic and want to make sure I get that.

I’m honestly always happy to read alternatives/different solutions here in these fora. I never heard of this/his product and I could have searched for it; and then run away for the extreme prices mentioned. But nonetheless I’m happy to hear about other/related products in the threads here.
Well, I won’t judge the quality of his work or the price he ask’s for. It is what it is and if people want to spent their money for it- ok, why not. ( I was a user of PSX for 3 months and it was ok so far)
But I dislike how he drops into this (freeware) thread here multiple times by now, and try to promote his payware stuff and try to lure potential customers over to his homepage.
Sorry, but I call this a very bad habit for a 3d party dev.

I tried it, it’s ok, but with Live Traffic in the Sim, AIG and now FSLTL & Just Flight paying a subscription is an absolute non-starter.
FSLTL currently supported by AIG models to fill in the gaps is an excellent solution. There is just no need to pay for an alternative.

I tried that other program too. This was when MSFS AI was really messed up. But it too has it’s share of bugs and with the freeware options simply isn’t worth paying for IMO.
I am curious if FSLTL will be able to inject AI helicopters and military aircraft. That would be so sweet.
Something else I should mention is I do see arriving aircraft land after installing the beta…but not as often. Yesterday at KLAX over a 1.5 hour period I saw 4 aircraft land and one go around. I know it’s a simconnect issue and I am going to stay in the beta with the hopes these bugs will be sorted out before the official release.
If everything on this list is fixed because I agree with everything you said, then the AI portion would be almost perfect. The only thing left would be more liveries.

Ha. I landed and had already assigned my desired parking spot through GSX. I Landed, had a fairly long taxi, and found a WestJet 737 parked in my spot. tut tut
