I installed the new version today and decided to take a spin down the Florida east coast from Canaveral to Palm Beach. I wasn’t expecting to see a lot of traffic, but only saw 3 vessels of any size: a container ship, a Coast Guard cutter (right?), and a cruise ship. All underway, all looked good with smoke and wakes.
Seas were glassy, reflecting a mostly cloudy sky.
Are the traffic percentage settings the same? Should we keep ships around 10%? Ports of Seattle and Tacoma were pretty empty, and SF Bay seemed to have MSFS default ships.
However, saw definite proof of GAIST in action!
And most definitely not a stock ship!

Dear Henrik, first of all thank you very much for this must-have add-on. This brings the world alive, especially for coastal flying in helis, like I often do. However, I have a question: I read in the ‘Read me’ notes that the Gaist ultra v5 ships no long have hard decks (may have it agian in future). I am currently enjoying landing my heli on the various decks in the v3 version. Or am I confusing the various add-ons?
Working well here. Finally seeing some traffic near Port Moresby in PNG. Hoping someday to see some activity near Nabire on the western side of the island.
I believe Henrik is traveling at this time. I’ve been one of his beta testers for a while now and to my knowledge, he has never had hard decks. He is waiting on changes from Asobo/Microsoft before he can add this to his ships.
