GPU usage in Task Manager, correct?

Is it normal to have GPU activity between 2-7 % according to Task Manager during a flight from London to Paris?

Not once did it go over 7, no 3rd party performance tweaks, Nvidia panel maximum performance.

I have this also since my latest driver update. Happens only in the Windows Task manager, in Nvidia inspector GPU usage is normal.

Using something like Rivatuner gives the actual usage in-game.

Basically, you’re looking at the incorrect graph, and can select the correct one.

There is no Graphics 1 or 2 option on my task manager I also use Rivatuner to see the actual usage.

Another thing that task manager reports wrong is the GPU temp. I thought I had a temp problem with my new PC, and I called tech support and he immediately asked me what I was using to check the temp, and told him Task manager. He remote installed MSI Afterburner, which read the temp as perfectly normal and about 25 degrees less than Task manager was giving me.
