Neither, much farther than the two other proposals.

Nope… VERY far !
Innoko National Wildlife Refuge in Alaska
No, still quite far.
But it’s in Americas…
Sorry, I’m out. There aren’t really any clues in the pic apart from the fact that it’s wetlands. I have found at least a dozend places around the world that look very similar but all I can do now is throw out guesses. I see no way to identify the exact spot.
Another view point, maybe ?
I give another hint : it’s inland… not a seascape.

No… with the hints above it has become a geometry problem.

Ok I misunderstood that. I thought it was about the same distance from Iceland as was from Santa Cruz Argentina. And - in the Americas - that isn’t really possible outside the Southern tip of South America.
So what you’re saying is, that spot has to be somewhere in Central America or Northern parts of South America
