How can I take away from screen Hud in Cub Crafter NX after update 1.21.13.0 ?
Not sure if I’m understanding you, but are you asking how to remove the on-screen-hud when you’re using the external camera?

So after version 7 you are really sure that you don´t have an option to turn off the instruments in the external view ?
Hey, @cromsan This can easily be done by simply going to
Options > Assistance Options > User Experience to turn the HUD off or on. as seen below.

Oh, what I wanted to say, there is an option to turn it off. If you click 
to the linked, already existing post and as @BriL0ve wrote, there is an option in the assistance menu.
