This is a Simbrief plan. Click to load into the FMC.
I used the Simbrief Downloader to get it to FS2020.
That did it, although I have to say that the process is a lot more complicated than “Load Plan, open avionics, plan is there.” Had to go to Index (Pg 1/2), then click NEXT, and Route Menu is top right on my screen. I had to select "FPLN Recall (Game) to load the plan.

Hi sorry for the late input but have been looking for info on flight plans and FMS and came across your post. I can load/save flight plans OK but the FMS shows “no flight plan” and unlike x-plane 11 I can’t follow the flight plan on the FMS. See your comment about needing to activate it, is that all I need to do to get it working in the FMS correctly.
On a more general note do the Garmins work the same in FS2020 as in x-plane. I got quite used to the GT1000 in x-plane, even making sure I tweaked the correct button on the correct section.
