Click windows start menu and search “microsoft flight simulator”. Right click on the icon and select “Run as administrator” from the context menu.
can you look into this issue when we cant download the premuim deluxe upgrade?

I can only download the 1gb installer. then when opening it it gets stuck on the black “press any key to start” screen? any advice on how to get past this?
We’d better go back to P3D or X Plane
got past that by restarting the game a few times from different locations. Like once from the game pass app next time from the ms store app.

Try uninstalling the store app part and then re-install then load sim.
We need to find log files i think to understand those issues
I ran wsreset and the problem is still there. Has not yet been fixed

just to add now been told you have to change the region to be able to download before official release time probably best to wait til then.
maybe try restarting your pc.
If its full screen just shut it down via task manager

Those still having issue’s have you got everything set for your correct region or have you changed it to try download earlier?
This afternoon i tried and got the error.
Even with fix and WSReset i still got the error on my correct region.
Would love an official response on this as well. Please can we get one?
