Why is it I’m able to communicate directly with your valued partners (Working Title, for example) and have a normal conversation with them about what is going on with some aspect of their involvement with the sim? What makes them so special that they don’t drop some boilerplate on me to, essentially, shut me down and marginalize me?
I’ve been here long enough to see this pattern with Microsoft, specifically, that really leaves me frustrated.
