Honestly, it’s fine that it’s closed if the situation for them is so complex/tenuous that they need to keep it closed. What isn’t fine is the blatant ignoring of our totally reasonable inquiry into why we just can’t get the updated content we already paid for streamed to us. Just answer the question, Microsoft, seriously. (Queue the boilerplate “we’re not ignoring you” post.)

Tell your bosses you need to do better by us. In the case of those LL/FF I asked about, you’ve now stuck them in the new sim with many of them broken and in a worse state operationally than they are in 2020 and still no answer as to what you plan on doing about that. And in the most expensive edition of the sim, no less. You win. I’m totally defeated. Congratulations!
