I know the new update is releasing today but it’s not showing up on my pc. Has anyone been able to download the new update on a pc today?

Just wondering if everybody has download issues today or just me? I have two highly frustrating problems.
Super slow. I have fiber optic cable and normally can download 40GB in under 20 minutes, it’s been two hours so far and I’m almost at 5GB of 40GB
