[KNOWN ISSUE] Cannot download ATR packages from Content Manager *FIXED*

We are aware of the issue where some users are not able to download the ATR from the Content Manager. This issue is currently being investigated by Asobo. Until we are able to fix this issue, you can do the following workaround:

If you are having issues downloading ATR from the Content Manager, do the following:

  • Launch the simulator and go to Profile → Content Manager

  • Search for “ATR”

  • Select the 3 dots to open “List View”

  • Select ATR COMMON and download it

  • After this package is installed, select the liveries and download them

This issue has been fixed. Users should be able to download ATR package normally.
