Hello, I found a NEW solution for the lag/stutter problem on touchdown. Here you can find the fix Freeze/Lags while touchdown - but fps around 50 while approaching - #81 by eduio13

That last fix definitely works , i still had the stutters when i changed the FX files but the last solution works ,… i have another work around … i keep that file as it is but rename the folders, keeping just the pushback folder

Still having this issue! Su15 better get performance addressed as It even happens at airports with no photogrammetry and is a default airport while flying the 172. Pathetic.

It helped but my Fenix A320 still does this 
I built a new system
- Intel i5 14400f
- Rtx 4070 ti super
- 16gb ddr5
- 1tb kingston ssd
While every stage progresses with great performance with dlss support, unfortunately it continues to have this ■■■■ stutter during landing! Even though I have done almost all the solutions in the forum, it surprises me to see that this doesn’t happen to some people and it drives me crazy that there is no exact solution. I built this system for MSFS and I’m currently flying with P3D v5. What a shame!

Update, the stutters are back even with files disabled.
I gave up on this a long time ago. Had lags on touch down only for years know. Usually no issues with the PMDG, few times with the Fenix and always with the A300/Horizon 787. I upgraded my system twice in this period. Last January I built a completely new rig with a 7800X3D+4090+DDR5: the sims runs a charm but the stutter on touchdown is still there

Did you disable the touchdown effects?
Try disabling {renaming) Asobo services (ground handling etc.), which has fixed the touchdown stutter on my system
