I keep msfs2020 as light as possible so I just installed airports from WUs. I wander what makes the so heavy? :thinking: And

There’s no dumb questions…
You can’t know what you don’t know.
However, and I forget this all the time, too, there are tags at the top of posts to help people understand what version questions are regarding, since it’s not always clear from the info in the post.

Now, if only there was some way to know what hardware people use from their avatar, instead of having to click on the user to find out (if they happened to say which hardware they use in their profile (xbox or PC)).

check https://flightsimhelp.com and click on MSFS 2020 explained TAB. You can find a List of Aircraft by Version and also Airports in World / Sim updates. If you click on the TAB Airports added in World Update it returns an exact list of all airports added .

Still no Asia other than Japan. What about Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, HK?

More of the same indeed.

The argument is that MS/Asobo needs government approval from these countries. It is what it is..

Not that I can literally watch on any online map, a YouTube vlog, or go on vacation to those countries to see what we absolutely must not be able to see in the game.

I haven’t done in-depth research but my guess is that there is hardly any good data anyway for these countries. Hopefully we’ll have updates for some Asian and South American countries in-between.
