Live weather down every day from 23:00-00:12 Zulu (6:00p-7:12p EST) Resolved

Please tag your post with #pc and/or #xbox. #pc Are you on Steam or Microsoft Store version? Steam Are you using Developer Mode or made changes in it? No Brief description of the issue: As in the title, live weather is down daily from 6:00p - 7:12p. World map shows weather but nothing but clear skies or haze is injected to the sim.
