The interview is over 2 months old.
I think it doesn’t matter because at that state it was at su7 release i wouldn’t be happy with that implementation. I just needed to start it up the first time to see the weather was a mess.

I agree. One look was enough to see that.
You might be our savior, it must be tested and confirmed by others, I don’t know what they did, but the weather now seems much more accurate, and I am now seeing overcast stratus clouds, high level flat clouds, and those ugly TCU everywhere seem to have vanished, if it was only a server issue that is now fixed it would be very cool

Not for me, just taken off from Talkeetna, supposed to be 500ft overcast, not a cloud in sight.
I just tested Talkeetna : I don’t have an overcast but I do have fog and some clouds, especially towards Anchorage. That seems to match what Meteoblue is forecasting. Could it be that they disabled METAR injection in the sim while fixing the issues with METAR. Maybe it’s just a coincidence but in the last days I was seeing TCU everywhere and now I see diverse weather like before SU7.
Wait a minute, before it is misunderstood or “conspiracy theories are forged” - it was the last interview about SU7 and I was well aware of the time of the interview - it is actually related to Q&A and that is - we would just have to ask the question if he still means that - and what I meant "I’m afraid so because this interview was related to SU7(and not even SU7 BETA) and in his opinion the weather “worked great” - I don’t think they realise what some people here mean by “degradation” and I don’t think that opinion has changed so far, otherwise certain things would already have been confirmed and I was “talking” about the basic opinion - and I don’t think we can expect much change here for the next time.

So I am seeing something similar now, I feel like my clouds aren’t as towery, but I think its just some rendering differences, at high altitude this is what I am seeing, PATK would be just on the left of the vertical stabilizer
Don’t have any at the airport, but here I am at the one of the glaciers just to the north, clear and sunny.
So we have 3 different users experiencing 3 different cloud conditions in the same area at the same time.
What a mess.
Are you seeing what I showed in altitude? I think my clouds look kinda similar to yours now
