I’ve submitted a ticket - Hopefully it’s clear enough in describing that the Weather simply isn’t being injected into the Simulator.

I finally got some weather to spawn in my flight in Mexico currently after days of no weather by turning on my VPN and im still on NA servers.
Who knows.
I Am Having Issues With Weather Right Now I Am Flying Over South Ga And Its Clear Skys When It Should Be Overcast I Have Live Weather On In Data And On In Weather
This is def a fix.. it worked for me..
First of all live weather is not working at all. Lots of thunderstorms in my area and Live Weather in FS shows nothing but clear skies. Since I wanted the Thunderstorm experience I set the Weather as Storm. Tuned into ATIS and it said wind 260@51kts. So I do the logical thing and try to land Rw17. Not only was I easily able to correct for the massive crosswind and maintain centerline with a small crab angle, I was easily able to land it without even a rudder input. It shouldn’t even be possible to land a C172 with those kind of winds let alone maintain a track to the runway. Weather was a big sell for me on this and I’m bummed as currently it is broken
Same here, lots of fierce little thunderstorms going through for hours now (NL) but in FS there were just a few clouds.
Earlier today the US weather seemed to be fairly accurate when I compared what I saw in game vs the weather radar though.
they have known this for months! Anybody heard from these clowns in the forum? This forum feels like a Fisher Price activity center!

I take that back, it’s only a fix for the first flight after restarting the game. If you take another flight after the first it’s clean skies again
Running as Admin made no difference for me.
It has to be the servers, the game just came out and the servers are probably being pounded.
Whelp, it only worked for the first flight. Back to clear skies for me too. 
Any ideas for the Steam Version? Having the same exact issues but not exactly sure how to run the steam version of MSFS as an adminstrator
I have the steam version.. it doesn’t work for that either. But if you want to try, right click on the game in your library go to Manage>Browse Local Files and right click the flight simulator Application/exe and go to Compatibility and Run this Program as Admin
How do you mess up the one of the most important aspects of the simulation!!! How? This is total amateur hour and Asobo should be called out on this day in and day out. FIX THIS!!!

HAHA That is actually pretty funny.
That is what I do everytime starting as administrator. No change. Live weather is definitely not working for me. And to complete the next possible advice. I also disabled anti-virus software and Windows Defender completely. Same result: no live weather. There must be something ingame going wrong.
