Ohh good one!

You know this one is being worked on for MSFS right?

Some pretty good options here, including a number I was going to recommend.

Here’s what I currently have in mind:

Vultee V-1

Westland Lysander

Curtiss-Wright AT-9 Jeep

Curtiss C-46

Martin B-26

P-61

Stinson 108

Luscome 8

Bristol Brabazon

Martin P5

North American A-5

Grumman AA-5B

Donier 328

Extra EA-400

Junkers A50 (new build, uses G3X)

Joby Aviation eVTOL (Uses G3000) EDIT: Biased on the second trailer that just came out, I just need to wait for FS2024!

The Brabazon was another favorite in FS9. Too bad only one example was built and then scrapped. It should have at least been made into a museum piece, but I’m guessing the people in charge at the time felt like they got stung when it was cancelled. It was made about 5 years too late in my opinion. To be developing another slow but luxurious plane in a time when that type was quickly being replaced by smaller, more affordable models wasn’t the smartest thing ever.

I like your style :sunglasses:
DC Designs did have their sights on a P-61 project to support the MAAM P-61 restoration at one point. I think the rest of their year is for updating the current catalog so maybe we’ll see it in MSFS 2024

Whilst I wouldn’t dispute the pedigree of A2A I’m putting my 5 pennorth behind Flying Iron.

What a beast! Just thinking of the throttle control needed for that one gives me a headache. :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

It’s a real long shot that it would ever get developed, considering that In October 1953, after 164 flights totalling 382 hours’ flying time, the first prototype was broken up, sold for £10,000 in scrap value, along with the uncompleted Mk.II prototype. All that remains are a few parts at the Shed museum in Bristol and the National Museum of Flight in Scotland.

Oh where to begin… Shackleton, Nimrod, Vickers Viscount, 747SP, Gloster Meteor… I could go on

That’s why they had flight engineers back then. The pilot had a set of throttles on the center console that were linked to the levers at the FE’s station, but they were for little more than landings or any emergency action. For takeoff, the pilot would call for takeoff power and the FE would call back confirmation once all the engines were up and ready - all eight in this case.

B1900D! If that goes to that category…

Carenado has claimed that it’s “on their list” for MSFS, as to whether that’s not happening until MSFS2024…we’ll see.

It’s a white elephant joke. The absolute most requested aircraft (and not even that complex) in this game may not ever show until everyone has jumped ship to 2024 and nobody has taken the challenge because some vaporware ‘maybe’ exists from a developer that doesn’t have any 2020 aircraft yet. And we’ll soon have 3 PC-6’s in the game, a 2nd Trimotor, another Beaver in the works and already two PC-12s. And I think the 320 has what, 37 versions of the same keyboard an mouse flyable autopilot support tube from the Airbus sausage-press?

Heh, can’t wait 'till those spawn on the runway at Barth  It’d be an audible jump-scare event-WOAH!

HS.121 Trident (Anyone from Just Flight reading this?!?)

Also, not really a rare one but I think a Metroliner III with well simulated TPE331s would be a lot of fun

EDIT: My long shot request would be a McDonnell 119/220

I’m confused. I followed the reply chain up to the initial post, which was you asking for the SEPECAT Jaguar, which AzurPoly confirmed as their next aircraft after their recent OV-10 Bronco, and is presumably what ImmersiveVR was referring to. What vaporware developer are you referring to?

I’d like to see an Me163 for good (but short lived) fun and also a Gloster Meteor as an historical asset.
