Longer, long-distance missions in career mode are not starting or loading. (Cargo Transport, Ferry Flight) In my opinion, this could also be a server problem.
I’m running into the same issue. any with long distances.
Did someone report the bug to the developer?

Also some users are reporting they cannot load missions if Live Weather is OFF. Have you checked that ?
Dear @DementedCorn327 DementedCorn327! Thanks again for your help! I received a lot of useful information and help from you. On your advice I turned on the live weather and the previously non-working missions - The Ferry Flight, Cargo Transport, Medevac, Charter Service - loaded and are working.
My question is, is the development team working on this problem? I don’t like using the live weather feature.

Yes they are, looks like it happens with missions but also with free flight :
- Can't start a flight, just get a loading circle when clicking 'start flight'
- Non live weather mission stucks loading
