FSReborn Sting S4 is an excellent ultralight trike. It’s a challenging plane to land, especially on a somewht windy day (as it should be!)
It has a G3 glass cockpit. I have the PMS50 GTN750 running in it as well.
It’s written for FS20, but works just fine in FS24.
The BRS parachute is a fun addition.

This always confuses me…I think there is a difference between what we in the US call ultralights, and the rules elsewhere. There is no way the Sting S4 would be considered an ultralight or a trike (tricycle gear, yes, but not a trike in the sense of being a hang glider with a tricycle gear fuselage) in the US.
If the OP means the US definition of ultralights, then I second the Ant’s Airplanes Drifter. It’s well done and quite fun.

You’re right. A clearer definition of what OP is looking for would help.
The Czech manufacturer of the real Sting calls it an ‘Ultralight.’ It weighs 297 kg (655 lb.) empty. That’s pretty light.
The FAA certifies it by 14 CFR Part 21.190 Issue of a Special Airworthiness Certificate for a Light-Sport Category Aircraft.
Trike to me means ‘tricycle gear’ as opposed to ‘taildragger.’

I forget who made it, but the Aerolite 103 works in FS24 as well. It’s not the greatest addon, but it’s silly fun like an ultralight should be.
Makes me want a real one…

The freeware Touching Cloud Air Creation 582SL Ultralight Trike with a hang glider wing and controls still works in MSFS 2024. Starts from parking or runway, all my bindings worked as expected. The LOD of the people is very low, zoom in just a bit from the default 3rd person view to solve it and have their textures display properly.

And since your tag indicates FS2024, the CGS Hawk by BlueMesh (in the sim by default, not sure if it requires deluxe or premium deluxe) is fantastic.
The Ant’s Drifter was updated for MSFS2024 compatibility.
The BlueMesh CGS Hawk is in the Standard edition of MSFS2024, along with the Powrachute Sky Rascal.

I tried the Air Creation 582SL in MSFS 2024 but the instruments (gauges) do not display.
Does the Top Rudder Solo work in 2024? Not as good as Ant’s but still worth looking at.

I’m still looking for a small ultralight for my sightseeing trips.
The Chinook is a good aircraft for low and slow flights with good visibility and short landings. I have not regretted the purchase, but ultimately it is your own decision, as you have already been recommended several good aircraft for low and slow flights.
Deimos make one , the Tanarg 912. It is in the marketplace. I don’t have it myself but there is someone who has used it a lot and posts about their flights on the World Photographer forum

I can see the Tanarg in the MSFS 2024 Markeplace (it is “acquired”) but I can’t see it in my MSFS 2024 aircraft library : how to fly with it ?

You might need to go into ‘My Library’ and enable it.
When you’re in the marketplace there’s another tab in the topic left of your screen 
I wonder nobody recommended this one, especially because it’s free and working well on MSFS 2024.
