Sea Ray 510 Fly boat

I don’t know where to find the feedback forum to 3rd party developers outside of SU3. Anyway, if anyone knows anything about this boat I would be happy. In the river the thing just crashed for no reason, nothing in the water, no bridges, no ducks and basically no idea why!
