Fs2024 is too complex for asobo. In the trashbin and concentrate on 2020.
I am in France and use the ISP Free.fr and just installed their latest box on fiber which says 8gb and it costs 39E per month.
With winter came a new bug that they put as a wishlist, wich is not in my opinion : lakes are not frozen in North-America, apart from north Canada. This is a bug.
This is an immersion killer for state like New-York, Ohio, Michigan, etc. Same issue in Iceland and other parts of the world. The limit of ice is too far North.
See more details here Lake Ice Should Not Be Linked to Snow Depth in North-America
Example here in New-York state :
Or for this great iced runway in New-Hampshire :
I have not been able to fly 2024 for the last five days. It freezes at the loading screen. Music keeps playing as though nothing is wrong, but I canât even exit normally, and have to ctrl alt delete to get out. Has anyone had this, and been able to fix it?
By the way, 2020 is running great!
It worked last month for a couple of weeks and now back to stutter and then CTD before I can get a flight going
Yes multiple people reported in other treads also ⊠offcourse no response from Asobo side
Itâs so weird! It happened while using the sim. I was flying, decided to pick the Robinson R22. Went into the liveries option, the sim froze, and hasnât worked since. This flight sim doesnât need a computer programmer to fix itâŠit needs an exorcist!
Oh 8000 Gigabits, right. But yeah that is still BLAZING fast, thatâs an insanely good deal. I do wonder how many online services can actually take full advantage of it though.

Translation: Hello I am new to the forum, I wanted to program the autopilot, MFS2024 for vbox controller, what are the buttons to press for cesna 172, thanks greetings
It Would be nice if you can adapt the local legends from fs2024 into career mode aircraft because I bought all the ones from fs2020 ready to go for fs2024, I was hoping to utilize some in career mode
I have been flying since MSFS 1.0. I have absolutely enjoyed every generation MS Flight included). However, the constant stuttering, as of recent, made the sim unbearable, to the point of infuriating. I was at the end of my rope with the sim, to the point of downloading X-Plane 12.
I read this morning that TURNING FAUNA OFF fixed the stuttering for one player, so I decided to give it a go. Low and behold, it now runs smoother than ever, even with ALL settings at Ultra, 16x, 8x8, max terrain, max EVERYTHING, with FAUNA OFF! Now, instead of dread, I look forward to my next flight.
I used Windy.com to find a nice windy, snowy place up in Wisconsin, and it played beautifully.
Try it. FAUNA OFF!
Ok, thatâs interesting. What are your Specs (CPU, GPU, RAM)?
Hello. I have a Dell Alienware r16 with an Intel i9 14900F, 64 gigs of 5600 megahertz RAM, and Nvidia RTX 4080 Super.
The sim is beautiful and amazing when it works but please please allocate more effort to QA. I made the mistake of completing the IFR certification and now career mode is unplayable because there are always tropical storm force crosswinds. Others have reported that some aircraft are completely unflyable in career mode because they fail immediately on load with âyou crashedâ. There are so many bugs. It feels like a slap in the face to read the beta update notes saying âadded a profanity filter for callsignsâ. That should be so far down on the list of priorities nobody should even know itâs there. On top of the seemingly misplaced priorities I see no communication from the dev team about the bugs. Even a simple post of âwe know career mode is broken + many other bugs, weâre sorry, weâre ramping up QA and focusing on the biggest impact issues and hope to have an update ready in XYZ timeâ would go quite a long way to making customers feel better about it.
What QA are you writing about?
WE are QAâŠ
âIt was like that when I found it, I swear!â
That was Amazon delivering a new plane using a drone.
