That’s me. Career mode is completely broken now.
Y2K bug 25 years late! I’m sure it’s a clock issue.
Same here. Cannot progress on a bank holiday with wife and kids away. What a let down!

I have all the certs 4 or 5 companies lots of planes in each company, when I fly to the Pacific islands or parts of Indonesia I get stuck there. I complete a mission to a new location with an A or S rating and no other jobs show up. I shouldnt have to fast travel around and look for jobs, which I have tried now I am unlocking parts of the map without flying there and not seeing any missions anyway. I can’t even fly from AU to NZ, there are no missions, no cargo, no passenger, there should be 737 employee jobs at least between Sydney and Auckland. They need to get a lot more missions into the map, there should be missions to and from every airport you have visited, and at least 20 airliner missions from any major hub. We are at a bottleneck in career mode and seeing it’s deficiencies now, we can only grind cargo in the same planes to and from the same airports for so long
Mine have disappeared recently as well. If you are in Europe it’s likely a clock or date issue related to the new year. Y2.025K?
Bought the Vision Jet yesterday, flew one mission with it.
After mission, before i quit the game, there where plenty other VIP missions around.
Today they where all gone, not a single one left in any uncovered area.
I seem to have all other mission types available i had unlocked, but since the Vision Jet is my only aircraft: Back to doing emplyee missions…
Positive Note, they seem to have fixed the altitude disagreement between ATC/Mission.
Did 3 Medevac missions today, where actually almost everything worked as it should.
4th one completely bugged out. (ESOW to UUEM)
One of those where there is a problem with the patient and they tell you to contact ATC and land at next hospital. Previously i just continued to orig. destination on those and all was fine.
This time it let me fly all the way to the last waypoint in Russia, then it told me to fly to ESOW.
again. It was also as destination in the EFB.
Turned around, cheatet in some fuel, but 1/3 way back it failed the mission because i “went too far away from the flight plan”
Curios what it would have done if ihad landed in UUEM.
I’m a software developer myself, so yeah I can certainly see how some unexpected bug could pop up. There are a million different ways it could happen though so speculation is pointless.

Since I made that post, I have bigger issues. It’s not related to MSFS 2024. It was probably coincidental that I began experiencing crashes with 2024 (the only game I play regularly - aside from 2020 which also crashes for me now) - my 13900K is failing.
I can’t even reinstall Windows without my system going into the BSOD. My system is down for the most part. I have since found that I also can’t play/run any other game without crashing my system at the moment, until I can replace my CPU.
Hopefully I’ll be able to play all the missions I unlocked previously this weekend.

Would be nice to get a rough ETA as to when this might be resolved or at least some acknowledgement.

IMPORTANT NOTE!!!
You will not see missions in Freelancer mode unless you have purchased the corresponding campaign.
For example, player D1rtyDuckUK has Freelancer mode enabled. And I think that he owns only a cargo company and has not created any others.

Nope, I’ve got also got a private charter company as shown below which you can also see that I’ve been making money from but like other have no jobs to fly.
In 'Employee mode I’ve only got two ferry flights and the rest are either cargo or first flight.
Freelance only has cargo jobs and nothing else
No it’s a bug that appeared on 1/1/25 - I’m ion the same boat with both a cargo company and a charter company and no charter missions. Also even in employee mode there are no charter missions, nor ferry flight, nor flightseeing, etc the latter ones are usually everywhere.
Altitude in Missions (Medical) is not fixed.
Flying at ceiling FL450, but visible Mission Path is still above me.
Mission says reach 40.000. (Which is what i filed from EFB to ATC, originally it was FL440)
Will get a “nice” deduction at end for not “following medical precedures”…
