In the MS Flight Planner I can see the new airport in Navi Mumbai (India), under VANM.
Unfortunately in the MSFS 2024 this airport, related waypoints etc I cannot find.
How long it may take to implement the new information into the Sim?
When we can expect VANM can be used in the MSFS 2024 fully?

The planner adheres to the latest AIRAC, that’s why you can plan and see the procedures in the panner.
However, for it to be usable in 2024, the scenery needs to be updated (either from new sattelite imagery or manually) which can literally take years.
Another possibility is that the airport is manually created. This can be done by a scenery designer or a person as a freeware project.
The only thing I can find is a project from 2023, where the terminal is still represented in the building phase (although I guess it’s better than nothing). The developer states he’s still actively developing the airport.

this is the most pointless feature of MSFS 2024, its very limited with little or no data for any of the aircraft on the sim.
Missing airports and waypoints, and even some runways have been wrong…
this needs to be completely redone, maybe give navigraph (simbrief) a call to sort it out.
