Yes Navigraph works with Microsoft Flight Simulator.
But it does so through Simlink which, like all 3rd party software, uses the broken SimConnect API to talk to the game.
This means you will probably experience noticable frame rate drops and stuttering.
The only solution is to petition Microsoft to fix SimConnect ASAP, so we can use these services.
