MS has already confirmed that it will be bringing MSFS to Xbox Cloud Gaming at some point in the near future. There was an official announcements, I think, just after the E3 games show earlier this summer.
You may know this already, but MSFS can already be played on a smartphone or tablet if you have the Xbox version. You can stream your Xbox to any phone or tablet anywhere in the world as long as you have a reasonably good internet connection. This is easily done by using the remote play function on the Xbox mobile app - I’ve tried it a couple of times and the results were surprisingly good.

I am pretty sure I remember at some point it being said cloud gaming was being looked at given how much of the game is already streamed it shouldn’t be too hard either so I really hope they do as obviously PC will always be the best system for MSFS (at least that’s my view) but the more ways to fly the better and I love the idea of just playing on my phone personally.
@Radegund1983 Do you need to own an xbox for this or just have a xbox version of the game (I.E gamepass or Microsoft Store version) as I thought was a thing but never tried it.

Hey. Sorry I wasn’t clear. I’m afraid you do actually need an Xbox for this, as the game streams from your console (rather than from data centres as is the case with cloud gaming). It does work really well and is a great Xbox feature generally - great for holidays and when you need to be away for work and need a diversion!

Ah I thought so but hoped otherwise. I only have a Xbox One and doubt will upgrade given got my PC now but hopefully they add cloud streaming soon!
