Yes. When I started the 2020 it told me I was offline while it was starting up, but by the time it fully loaded to the main menu it was online. I’m in Southern, California.

Ive noticed it hangs around on checking for updates but it does eventually run for me. I was on in the UK 10.30 to 12.30 this morning flew ok. Hope it sorts otself for you
Yup, something strange going on in 2020 in UK too. I tried to used 2020 about 30 minutes ago.
Big red banners saying “Connection Lost”, and the Marketplace is intermittantly ghosted out as unavailable but comes back and I browsed the marketplace. I also completed a flight and it seemed OK despite all the warnings.
Maybe some parts of the sim network infrastructure are shared and the 2024 server issues are contaminating 2020?, I don’t know, or frankly care why it’s happening… but I wish they’d stop doing whatever it is they’re (clearly) doing to 2020!
Anyone with problems trying to access the sim today in UK ?
Hung on checking for updates this morning but did run after , seems longer to load now.
I got in first time earlier but the Checking for Updates screen takes muuch longer than it used to. Annoying!

Are they stealing server capacity from 2020 to try and give 2024 more, do you think?
I’ve also noticed the very long update times before the menu plus occasional connection lost messages here in the UK. For months now 2020 has been rock solid for me - is it just coincidence that since 2024 has been live the network side of 2020 has been slow?

Italy, even if I can finally access, I notice that the times have increased significantly compared to before when the update check was almost immediate.

I am in the UK and did fly in NZ last night (5/12). Although as soon is it started loading I got the “Low Bandwidth” warning (pressed Ignore) and then stuck on checking for updates for longer than usual but not interminable. I flew GA for an hour with rubbish scenery, landed, parked up and gave up.
Long wait always not at checking for updates. Will this issue be looked at ?
