Yeah I was able to activate firmware tpm in my bios was compatible then, have still kept my order though as not very expensive to add the physical module. Did read somewhere that a physical tpm module is better but it didn’t elaborate and someone has told me it doesn’t really matter anyway but thought might as well keep the order as they are out of stock everywhere for the UK when I looked place I bought it you can’t even pre-order the tpm module now.

I did find one (Gigabite MB) and purchased it.
Then, the next day received notice from seller that it was not in stock.
Had to cancel the order.

I am pretty certain that the minimum is DirectX 12 not DirectX 12 Ultimate. The GTX 1660ti supports DirectX 12 so you should be fine so far.
EDIT: I just watched the Windows 11 release video. I believe it means that Windows 11 SUPPORTS DX12 Ultimate, it isn’t a requirement.
