On a scale of 1-10 (with 10 being best), how do you rate your Overall Enjoyment of this aircraft?
Excited about loading this one up! The only wish I have (after reading manual) is for the IRS alignment time to be realistic and not simplified. Or at least to be given an option for a realistic alignment time.
Great job in the sound and graphic quality of the aircraft. Starting it up is very much like the real thing, and as a mechanic for the aircraft, I appreciate that.
However, there is room for improvement. Firstly, why don’t the wings flex from on the ground to in flight? You have the wing droop down, however they are suppose to flex to a horizontal orientation whilst in flight. Minor detail, but it kind of bothers me a little bit. Secondly, the avionics, Destroyer121 from DeltaSimulations had it right. His freeware mod despite the lower quality had many aspects of that correct. I recommend that a collaboration with that creator could go a long way in that aspect.
Liveries, that is something to be desired. I would love to see more than Canadian liveries, specifically from McChord, Charleston, Alaska, Travis, McDill, Altus, McGuire, RAF, and other operators to name a few
Lastly, do you have a roadmap for this aircraft? I would love to see what you guys have in store, as there is a lot I am sure you guys are working on.
I want to leave you with this, It means a lot to me that you are simulating an aircraft that I work on. Being able to actually start the jet and fly it is amazing. Thank you for the hard work you have invested into this project.
We addressed this in the pre-release showcase - wingflex on this aircraft is particularly complex due to the number of moving elements, and we are not quite satisfied with the results so far. We were on quite a limited schedule to deliver and it was decided to push it to a future update to avoid undesired mesh clipping.
We have modeled the avionics to a high degree of fidelity based on the documentation we have available. If you have feedback of individual components that would be greatly appreciated
Only RCAF liveries are included due to licensing deals on Microsoft’s side. Additional liveries will be made available on our website in the upcoming days
All roadmaps and documentation is available here, and updated frequently (a few updates going live in the morning): docs.miltechsimulations.com
Thanks a lot for your feedback - our ultimate goal is to deliver the very best aircraft we can create.
I would love to leave feedback on this plane.
I actually purchased the premium deluxe edition of msfs2024 because I really wanted it.
Unfirtunately, it has made no appearance in my available aircraft.
Am I missing something? Should it be streamed by default?

Following the successful release of the C-17 Globemaster III, we’ve received many recurring questions. To streamline your inquiries, please refer to the answers below:
Will this come to FS20/Please convert to FS20: This is a Microsoft product, not a standard Miltech product. The decision-making lies with Microsoft, so it’s up to them to decide. As of now, we have not been requested/authorized to work on a FS20 conversion.
USAF/RAF Liveries: Due to licensing deals on Microsoft side, the aircraft released without liveries from these operators. We are preparing livery packs covering all operators - these should release in a few days (PC ONLY) and will likely be free on our website. Xbox will have to wait for Marketplace to open, and pricing policy is subject to Marketplace rules.
PAINTKIT: No paintkit is available for the aircraft. We are unable to release a paintkit at this time.
Documentation/Tutorial: Both are now available here:
PLEASE PROVIDE FEEDBACK, join the discussion on Discord and MS Forums - we aim to continue improving the aircraft to deliver the very best experience we can create.
KNOWN ISSUES: We are tracking a number of known issues - including audio cutting on change of cameras, nose of aircraft “disappearing” in walkaround and FMS-to-EFB sync. Many of these are FS24 bugs that have been acknowledged by Asobo, and we are working in cooperation to solve. The first update is now ongoing ingestion and will be released soon.
XBOX: There are widespread issues on Xbox affecting several aircraft. We are collaborating with Asobo to resolve as soon as possible.
