Thanks,

Title should be Cessna not Curtiss.

I was wondering what the heck a Curtiss 207T was, lolll

Yeah it left me scratching my head for a few minutes until I realised the mistake.

Since we know its the Cessna 207T it is totally unusable.

  • Autopilot Controller - Poor display lighting
  • Fuel Flow Display - Poor display lighting
  • Fuel Flow knob not working
  • All gauges with needles with exception of Amps gauge lose the needle
depending on how close or far you zoom.
  • Exterior lighting outside day/night affects the GNS530 Display and other
    displays.

Maybe more but these above keeping the plane on the ground, unusable!

Yes, I just started the 207T in the rain, and the GNS is impossible to see, too dim.
This is a known bug which hopefully will be fixed in one of the next two updates.

In addition to the bugs reported above, I’ve found that the autopilot will constantly roll the aircraft left and right when in HDG or NAV modes.

Right. Also when on an ILS approach.

Are we talking about the Carenado 207 from FS2020? I was thinking of buying it, but not if it doesn’t work in 2024

Yes, I’m talking about the Carenado Cessna 207T from FS2020.

Is it me, or does this one move on the ground exactly the same as FS2020. Sliding to much. Even with full cargo.

In the air, when turning, it seems more like a VLA than the truck it actually is.

it seems to me that it is a direct porting, without adapting it to the new flight model.

Yes, it seems to be a direct porting. As all other LLs and FFs as well.

thanks, looks like a nice plane for back country flights

I have created a mod to resolve the issues with the lateral modes of the autopilot. As of the time I’m writing this comment, the mod is pending approval on flightsim.to. This is the first mod I’ve uploaded to that site, so I’m assuming it is getting extra scrutiny. If it says the file is unavailable, it is still waiting for their review and approval. I’ll post whenever I notice that it’s been approved.

Great! I assume it is also useable in 2020?

Yeah I think it will probably work in 2020. I only have the aircraft in 2024 so I can’t test it. Let me know if you try it in 2020 and how it goes.

Still waiting for file approval. No idea how long it will take…

Looks like the file has been approved for download

Does everyone have this in 2024 now? I still don’t have it ported (or can’t find it hidden in another plane folder!). I’ve checked all planes are enabled, it doesn’t show individually in the list of aircraft.

Any help greatly appreciated.

Thank you.
Steve.

Yes, from a MP purchase in 2020 before owning 24. Was something I needed to enable after installing 24.

I see it (in contrary to the C182 RG)
