It may or may not be planes. Like, it has been mentioned that FSX like missions will make an appearance. Different than bush trips or discovery trips, these give people focused goals to accomplish, but get them flying. FSX tried to motivate users to fly the globe, so we may sse missions and a career mode.
There is I guess a lot on the plate that is being developed, but not everything will be done by November. So what is there and ready will come out in November, other stuff will come out afterwards. But its great that MS is investing in developing with 3rd party developers to create this new content.
