I have one of the best Joysticks on the market! Thrustmaster Warthog!
Before the new update, it was a pleasure flying this plane! After I downloaded the latest update it became irresponsible! I even tried to delete the aircraft and downloaded it again without any success! The plane was available but I haven’t been able to reset the Joystick!
The plane is very erratic! When I take off it goes fine until I try to come down! The plane is like going crazy! It was my favorite aircraft! Very easy to fly! I am not a novice! I have been using MFS for the last 25 years! I have almost 300 hrs of flying time with MFS 2020! I have 1783 take off and 85 Stars airports and 46 Different airport landings! I wish there was a way to make this aircraft fly like it used to! Thanks for your help!

I love this. :joy:

Have to you checked your response curves? Set them to linear then work from there.

Hahaha :rofl: I just re-read that and see the humour!

Why has the roll rate gotten so slow on this aircraft?

Also, the standard zoom in chase view is far too zoomed out, it looks tiny.

The afterburners look very dull and uninspiring at full throttle. Surely, the real jet’s AB flames are brighter?

@DeimoS987

So just in case nobody knew, the SU-57 can reach the altitude limit and hit Mach 4.5

So, just in case no body knew… the update for the Su57 is coming soon!
New Textures, Nee liveries, new sound, overall review of all animations and coding …. Stay tu e!

I just updated it… Wow… The sound from external view, textures and everything.. it’s looking and sounding very nice, thanks :+1:

Some questions:

  • In the cockpit view the jet engine sounds like it’s at the same RPM, as if the turbines are not spooling up or powering down when you move the throttle. For example, in chase view when you increase throttle to max and power back, you can hear the turbines whine and scream more and then go back to normal decibels when you power down. Does that make sense?

It’s as if you forgot to include the throttle/engine RPM increase/decrease sound in cockpit view. I can never tell if I’m increasing engine speed or decreasing it as the RPM sound or pitch remains the same.

  • Is the afterburner signature on the real aircraft also dim and dull looking? Just wondering.

  • The roll rate feels low especially at lower altitudes. Surely, this thing rolls faster IRL since it’s a 5th gen fighter, no?

  • What’s going on with the chase view zoom/fov? Why does it look so zoomed out at the standard 50% zoom? Please adjust the camera so that it sits closer to the back of the aircraft, just like the Mig 29. That looks correct. The Felon doesn’t. Looks very far away.

Are u on my discord?

I am, yes.

G-monster… Just like your Lasso! :sweat_smile::+1:

Btw, the RPM sound at take off is fine from cockpit but once you’re up in the air, increasing or decreasing the throttle does not reflect on the jet engine sound (cockpit).

Thanks To My Friend for this:

Looking good! I blew some fuses testing the speed limits. :sunglasses:

Also, check the flight director (FD). It was stuck.
Is the ITT supposed to be in the red during cruise?

May I have an invite to the Discord?

Great update Deimos, having a blast flying the Felon now :sunglasses:

There appears to be new problems with all your jets. For example, when you open the canopy, you can hear it open but or physically never opens. Maybe that’s a SIM bug? Not sure…

The Felon sprays some kind of water or smoke from behind during the runway rollout animation at the start…!

@DeimoS987

Su-57 canopy works fine.

Are you on xbox? I’ll try relaunching the game.

I’ve noticed this both in the Felon and Griffin as of late.

Don’t you feel the engine RPM changes need to be more audible and pronounced while adjusting throttle midair?
