There was an update sometime in December. Some users, including myself, found after that update that the G1000 on some aircraft wouldn’t work at all and some (the DA62 for instance) it would work, but not correctly. I believe the problem was caused by the sim thinking that the update was completely installed when in fact it wasn’t. There is no way to make the Sim re-download the update because it thinks you are up to date. I ended up going through a very tortuous complete ununstall/reinstall procedure (Aerosoft Disc edition which may be harder than if you have a Store or Steam Edition). Another clue to this issue was that the “Market Place” tab was greyed out. Check out this link, this is where I first read about the issue
