I expected an Development Update as they did every last week, but there isn’t one?

Last I checked it’s still the 15th for Microsoft. There’s no set time for when these updates come out, and as it stands, there’s still plenty left to be released.
The weekly updates are posted on Thursday Seattle time, and are usually posted near end of business.

I would expect it to appear within two hours. It usually shows up between 3 and 5 pacific time.

Don’t have high expectations, blah blah about VR and update sheets which have proven not to be correct which say not started WIP etc.
