Nvidia Videorecording + Frame Gen = movement artifacts

Hi guys,
so I recently upgraded to a 9800X3D on an X870E motherboard with a freshly updated BIOS and paired that with my previously owned 4090 - which has never done this with the 9700K I had earlier.

Basically everything is FINE with frame gen enabled, but once I start a video recording in MSFS2024 via my trusty Nvidia Overlay app (as I have always done) my image starts looking like THIS:

Can somebody explain?
I’ve reinstalled Nvidia drivers and tried going from full screen to window and back, but it only goes away when I disable frame gen and comes back when I enable frame gen again.

Hi, I believe it has nothing to do with recording or nVidia overlay. It seems to be related only to Frame Generation.

Please see the existing thread and vote there so it gets prioritized.

Extreme flickering and stuttering with Frame Generation

ISSUE DESCRIPTION Description of the issue: a few minutes after starting a flight performance gets extremely bad and I have huge stutters and flickers when panning the camera. A video is attached below. It happens especially at bigger airports or 3rd party airports, which have more performance requirements obviously.
