[Official] Community Fly-In Friday: World Tour Stage 30: Nuremberg to Prague

We will be hosting an Official Fly-in alongside a group of community members (you!) on Twitch. This is an open event, free to all who would like to fly along with us and available to pilots of all skill levels. The goal is to have a great time, explore new locations of the world, and make new friends. This event is open to pilots on both the PC and Xbox platforms.

FLIGHT DETAILS

The Community Fly-In Friday World Tour continues!

We hope everyone enjoyed our stay in Bavaria last week for the annual Oktoberfest celebrations! This week, we’re flying across the border into Czechia and visiting another beautiful capital city, Prague!

Prague is home to many famous landmarks including Prague Castle and the Charles Bridge. The historic town center is also a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

En route, we will also complete a touch & go landing at Leipzig, the largest city in Germany’s Saxony state.

We will be starting at EDDN. Please load your aircraft 10 minutes prior to take off and taxi over to the runway in preparation for departure.

AIRCRAFT

Recommended aircraft: Beechcraft Bonanza, Beechcraft Baron, Cirrus SR22, Diamond DA62, or any aircraft of your choice with a cruise speed of around 160 knots.

MULTIPLAYER SETTINGS

Please adhere to the following settings so you can see everyone / be seen by everyone.

Live traffic	As preferred
Weather	Few Clouds
Time of Day	Daytime

It is advised in this flight to turn off both aircraft collisions and terrain collisions. If you do crash, you can use “slew” mode to join the pack. If the pack will be too scattered before the first stop, we will use slew on a defined point to regroup.

COMMUNICATION

To communicate with others, a voice channel on the "Official Microsoft Flight Simulator Discord” at https://discord.gg/msfs will be available to join.

Thanks again all, as well as the huge panel of hosts and co-hosts today! I started a bit late so missed some of the early chatter, but caught up to you lot a few mins before touchdown. Awesome flight!

I was initially going to take the C130 or C160, so I regretted that a bit when I saw these three!

Osprey was another great option, pretty cool to see them around.

It was great to join the pack again after missing the last two occasions. Really enjoyed the “drone cam/filter war” between Simtom and Murph during the stream.
