Someone above got in 16min ago so it wasn’t full, something’s strange here…
Did you need to keep shutting down xbox insider and restart to refresh or did it just appear whilst you left it open?
I wasn’t aiming any criticism at you, just puzzled about what’s going on, its usually really straightforward!
Preview is up now, got in!
I never closed the Insiders app. The option was not there to join; then I did some surveys and clicked through the other screens a time or two. Then when I checked the Previews section one last time before going back to work, it appeared.
Why do I not have RENO AIR RACES listed? Any help will be appreciated while I read up to see if this was already covered in here.
I am in South Africa and it came online for me at exactly 12 Zulu time which was 2pm for me, I closed and opened the app a few times.

Well I wouldn’t lose hope just yet, I got in 5 minutes ago after trying since 12zulu. For whatever reason the Preview isn’t appearing to everyone at the same time, that being the case there’s every chance its not full yet
same here… no option to install was expecting 1pm UK time
Nothing there for me sadly… I’ll keep trying!

Come on Microsoft, I’m in two meetings at the same time and refreshing the insider hub for 55min now

How do you refresh please ? Close/open ?
I am opening/closing 10 times, then restarting computer. I am on cycle 4.

It seems only reasonable that extra spots be made available for those of us that woke up at 4:45AM to sign up and spent our morning refreshing the Insider Hub.
