Gotta admit, I wasn’t very impressed with the idea of a Reno add-on. However, after the developer Q&A plus seeing the extended trailer tonight after work, I’m kind of salivating. Looks like an amazing selection of planes and some interesting new tools being baked into the sim itself as well as the SDK for future development and 3rd party add-ons to use.

I’m really looking forward to racing my friends. I had, in fact, started to make the race courses in the SDK but when I heard this was coming, I abandoned that project and will let Asobo do it better :).
I hope this is just Installment #1 of the Reno Races. There are several other classes and also the STOL Dragracing which I would like to see added in the future.

What time will this beta testing become active? I always seem to miss out with back of the clock (UTC +7) signups…

That sucks indeed, I really wanted to see how it would handle VR.
Weird cos I’ve never had this happen before, managed to get into most of the betas without any issue.
In my case, it became available to signup at about 7:27 am Central time.
that’s 10:30z instead of 12z… 1:30 earlier

I’m in the Uk so its 1.30 pm here. Was on my pc earlier with Insider Hub open and at no point did a preview appear for Reno.
Central (US) time zone.
It would be nice if a Forum Moderator or someone could see that a few of us are trying to get in but for some reason can’t and would sneak us in through the back door…

Sorry, I don’t know what to tell you. I saw the announcement here at about 7:20 am and immediately went up to my PC. When I got the Xbox Insiders app up and running, the Preview was not available. I fooled around for a few minutes, answered a couple survey questions I hadn’t answered yet, then after that, the Preview appeared for me.
