Yay, now my eyes will stop bleeding.

ps: after a week and 30 hours into P28R with GNS 530 (after finding GNS100 useless), I’m not sure I care much about GTN 750 given that its premium version is going to turn into a subscription model (with price still unknown I believe?) and that to me the Arrow is ideal as a steam gauge aircraft with minimal GPS or other modern amenities, but these new updates make it worth checking out the 750 as well. So I’ll do that tonight hopefully.

It’s great to see that Just Flight are putting so much effort to this fantastic aircraft. Can’t wait for the turbo edition.

Has anyone noticed that after the update the version v0.5.0 the engine reaches a max RPM of 2450 1/min (not max rpm 2700 as it should) according to the tachometer.

Weather: clear skies, ISA conditions
Elevation of Airfield: 1460ft AMSL (tried elsewhere and problem persists)
Speed: 0kts

Prop is full fine mixture full rich.

There seems to be something wrong with the prop pitch simulation. 2700rpm is reached at approximately 65kts.

Where do you get this information from? It is not in the marketplace for me (midwestern US). I’ve been waiting for ages for this plane to appear on the marketplace…

The new square button is labelled Electric Trim ..?
I thought the hidden click spot was Altitude Hold.
Now very confused as I can’t select Vloc/GPS on on the Gn530 as before.
How do I remove v5 to reinstall v4 anyone ?

You can. There is a new switch next to the VOR2 that says NAV/GPS

I have noticed again today that I cannot hear the ATC voice when using the JF Arrow. I can hear my transmissions but not the ATC voices. It works fine on the Carenado Arrow III but not the JF version. Am I missing a hidden switch or something? I made sure the Comm radio is on Using the GNS750 most of the time. Thanks to anyone who has discovered the secret and can straighten me out.

I know it sounds daft, but you need to turn the radio up. Even though it’s ‘on’ it starts with the volume down. The rotating knob in the top left corner of the GNS750, rotate it clockwise and that should do it.

Turn up the volume on the COM radio.

Did that. Further testing seems to indicate issue with the audio panel settings. With the GNS 750 mod, clicking the audio panel button does not do anything. Unable to change the speaker and comm settings unless I change to one of the other radios which then shows the audio panel. Got it working that way.

It’s the top left knob on the bezel. Turn that up.

I would like to see a larger click region for toggling between NAV1 and NAV2. Currently it requires zooming in to get the region to activate.
Otherwise, I like this airplane a lot. Being able to switch to different navigation instruments is awesome.

Well, duh! Don’t I feel like an “id10t”. Thanks for pointing that out, Jeremy77.

Can you send a screenshot of what it looks like ingame?

Nevermind, found it. For anyone else looking its above the throttle.

A reply said that that the square button above the starter and magneto switch had always been there and has not just appeared in this update
It is to isolate the trim button on top of the left yoke if it has a runaway.

That’s correct. It’s always been there.
